Doha: Advisor to the Prime Minister and Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari, engaged in discussions with several Members of the Italian Parliament on Tuesday. The meeting included Salvatore Caiata, Beatrice Colombo, Mariangela Matera, Augusta Montaruli, Fabrizio Comba, Cinzia Pellegrino, and Andrea Di Giuseppe.

According to Qatar News Agency, the talks focused on the cooperative relations between the two nations and explored avenues for strengthening these ties. The discussions also covered the latest regional developments, with an emphasis on diplomatic efforts to promote peace initiatives and enhance security and stability in the region. This comes in the context of the recent memorandum of understanding signed between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
