A statement from his media office said that Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa al-Sudani received the head of the electoral administration in the Independent High Electoral Commission and was briefed on the commission's preparations to hold the legislative elections in the Kurdistan Region scheduled for next October, as the government has provided all the necessary requirements to conduct the electoral process.
