Bahrain: Bahrain welcomed the agreement on a memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran, which establishes a framework for negotiations and a ceasefire, calling it an important step toward de-escalation and confidence-building.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Kingdom expressed hope that this development will pave the way for a comprehensive agreement that strengthens security, stability, and lasting peace in the Middle East, while enhancing international peace and security.

In a statement, Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed appreciation for the constructive diplomatic mediation undertaken by Pakistan to bridge viewpoints and support dialogue and peaceful efforts.

The Ministry reiterated Bahrain's firm commitment to supporting all diplomatic initiatives aimed at achieving a just, comprehensive, and sustainable regional peace. It underscored the Kingdom's keenness, through its non-permanent membership in the United Nations Security Council and current presidency of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), to continue working with partners and the international community to uphold the principles of international law and promote a culture of peace, dialogue, and coexistence to ensure security and prosperity for the peoples of the region and the world.
