Brent Crude Futures Rise About 4 Percent at Settlement

London: Brent crude futures jumped about 4 percent at settlement on Tuesday, as markets awaited developments on efforts to end the conflict in the Middle East.

According to Qatar News Agency, Brent rose $3.44, or 3.6 percent, to $99.58 a barrel. Meanwhile, US West Texas Intermediate crude saw a decrease, falling $2.71, or 2.8 percent, to $93.89 a barrel.
