Beirut: The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Lebanon has risen to 4,298, with 12,196 people wounded, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry's Emergency Operations Center reported that the cumulative toll from the offensive since March 2 had reached 4,298 fatalities and 12,196 injuries.

Lebanon and Israel signed a US-brokered framework agreement that provides for security arrangements, the redeployment of the Lebanese Armed Forces, the reconstruction of damaged areas, measures to revive Lebanon's economy, the establishment of direct communication channels between the two sides, and confidence-building steps intended to pave the way for a lasting peace.
