Beirut: The death toll from the Israeli aggression against Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 4,321, in addition to 12,203 injuries.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that the total cumulative toll of the aggression since March 2 has reached 4,321, with an additional 12,203 individuals injured.

Lebanon and the Israeli entity have signed a framework agreement under US auspices, which includes security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese army in the south. The agreement also outlines measures to rebuild the affected areas, revive the Lebanese economy, establish direct communication channels between the two sides, and implement confidence-building measures in preparation for lasting peace.
