The inshore wind patterns are predicted to be mainly northeasterly to southeasterly, with speeds ranging from 03 to 12 knots. Offshore winds are expected to vary from northeasterly to northwesterly at speeds of 03 to 13 knots.
The sea state inshore is projected to be relatively calm, with waves reaching 1 to 2 feet. Offshore conditions are expected to be slightly more variable, with waves ranging from 1 to 3 feet. Visibility inshore will vary between 04 to 09 kilometers, potentially reducing to 02 kilometers or less in certain areas later in the night. Offshore visibility is expected to range from 04 to 09 kilometers, with possible reductions to 03 kilometers or less in some areas as the night progresses.
