Doha: Deposit rates at the opening issued on Thursday by Qatar National Bank (QNB) exhibit different returns across multiple currencies.

According to Qatar News Agency, the deposit rates for USD start at 3.63903% for a 1-month term and rise to 3.88037% for a 12-month term. For JPY, the rates begin at 0.72000% for 1-month and increase to 1.23000% for 12-month deposits. CHF deposit rates show a negative return of -0.17000% for 1-month, moving to a positive 0.15000% for a 12-month term. GBP deposit rates range from 3.76000% for a 1-month term to 4.35000% for 12-month deposits.

The QAR deposit rates start at 4.06667% for a 1-month term and decrease to 3.75000% for a 12-month term. SAR deposit rates begin at 4.50000% for 1-month and remain consistent at 4.30000% for terms beyond 1 month up to 12 months. AED deposit rates range from 2.05000% for a 1-month term to 3.15000% for a 12-month term, while BHD rates are consistent at 4.50000% from 1-month to 12-month terms.
