European Stock Markets Open Higher on Middle East Peace Hopes

Lebanon: European stock markets opened higher today, driven by hopes of a Middle East peace agreement. The pan-European STOXX 600 index rose 0.3 percent to 626.91 points at the start of trading.

According to Qatar News Agency, France's CAC 40 index climbed 0.45 percent, and Germany's DAX index gained 0.22 percent. These increases reflect optimism among investors regarding potential diplomatic progress in the Middle East, which could stabilize geopolitical tensions and impact global markets positively.
