Israeli Occupation Forces Accused of Killing Over 73,041 Palestinians Since 2023

Gaza strip: The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have reportedly killed at least 73,041 Palestinian civilians and injured 173,402 others since the onset of a conflict described as a genocide against the Gaza Strip starting in October 2023.

According to Qatar News Agency, medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that hospitals received two Palestinian fatalities and 14 injured individuals over the last 24 hours. The medical sources expressed concern over numerous victims who remain trapped under rubble and in various areas, as access for ambulance and civil defense crews is severely restricted.

Since the supposed ceasefire agreement came into effect in October 2025, the IOF is reported to have killed 1,029 Palestinians and injured 3,294 others. Additionally, 785 bodies have been recovered from under debris, highlighting the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region.
