Doha: Libya's National Oil Corporation said Sunday that the country's crude output reached 1,438,560 barrels per day, with condensate production at 49,163 barrels per day, bringing total daily output to 1,487,723 barrels - the highest level since 2013.
According to Qatar News Agency, the corporation stated that production is now close to its previously announced target of 1.5 million barrels per day. Masoud Suleman, chairman of the NOC board, emphasized that the corporation is continuing its efforts at a steady pace to reach the goal before the end of the year, in support of Libya's economy.
