Doha: HE Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai met with a British delegation led by HE British Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology Peter John Kyle. During the meeting, discussions focused on fostering collaboration in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, cloud computing, data management, and workforce digital skills development.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting also explored the development of partnerships in digital innovation and entrepreneurship within the communications and information technology sector by exchanging expertise to encourage investment in startups. Additionally, the discussions focused on the importance of knowledge sharing and expertise exchange in the development of smart cities and sustainable digital infrastructure, aligning with Qatar National Vision 2030 and the UK Growth Agenda.
