Doha: The Ministry of Sports and Youth, in collaboration with the Saif Al-Ghariyah Youth Center, has successfully organized the "You Can Do It 2026" event, attracting the participation of 50 young individuals aged 14 to 18 from various youth centers and committees. According to Qatar News Agency, the event took place at the Saif Al-Ghariyah Youth Center and included a diverse array of sports and recreational activities. Participants engaged in matches, games, kayaking activities in cooperation with the Marine Sports Club, shooting experiences in collaboration with the shooting center, and football and volleyball tournaments. These activities were designed to enhance physical abilities, foster teamwork, and provide practical experience in communication, cooperation, and responsibility. Deputy Director of the Saif Al-Ghariyah Youth Center, Ahmed Al Ansari, highlighted that the initiative aligns with the Ministry of Sports and Youth's vision to prepare a confident and capable generation ready to meet future ch allenges. The program combined experiential learning with sports and recreational activities, focusing on personality development and talent nurturing across various fields. Al Ansari emphasized that the diverse activities offered during the event were a testament to the commitment to providing a comprehensive experience that accommodates participants' interests while promoting leadership, teamwork, cooperation, and responsibility. He noted that such initiatives are essential for youth empowerment, as they strengthen the role of young people as active community partners and contributors to national development. The event is part of the Ministry of Sports and Youth's summer programs, which aim to utilize young people's time productively during the summer break. These programs are designed to enhance physical and leadership abilities through engaging activities that blend recreation with sports challenges.
