The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) has announced necessary measures and fees for amending the description of the property, explaining that this is based on a building completion certificate issued by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment.

MOJ, on its official Twitter account, clarified that documents, requirements and conditions for the service are as follows:

• A building completion certificate.

• What proves a contractor's identity (an ID card or an establishment card)

• An original copy of title deed.

• Other documents, such as (deputizing, authorizing and powers of attorney)

MOJ also pointed out that the service fees are 100 QR, a title deed fee is 200 QR and a design's fee is 100 QR.
