Oil Prices Fall by 1% as Previous Gains Are Erased

Doha: Oil prices fell by about one percent Tuesday, erasing most of the previous session's gains. Brent crude futures dropped 91 cents, or one percent, to $93.34 a barrel. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures also dropped $1.13, or 1.2 percent, to $90.17 a barrel.

According to Qatar News Agency, oil prices had risen by a dollar at settlement after increasing by more than four dollars during trading on Monday.
