Doha: The State of Qatar has expressed deep concern over the Israeli occupation’s airstrike on southern Lebanon and called on all parties to strictly adhere to the ceasefire agreement and avoid escalation to ensure the region’s security and stability.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement on Monday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar’s firm and supportive position towards the Republic of Lebanon, its unity and territorial integrity, and its continuous support for the Lebanese people. It also stressed the necessity for Israeli occupation forces to withdraw from all Lebanese territories.
