Doha:The price of gold in Qatar experienced an increase of 1.18% this week, reaching $4043.46000 per ounce on Thursday, as per the latest data from Qatar National Bank.

According to Qatar News Agency, the price of gold rose from $3996.07500 per ounce, which was recorded last Sunday. Additionally, the data highlighted changes in other precious metals, with silver prices dropping by 1.27% to $53.25570 per ounce from $53.94490 at the beginning of the week.

Platinum also saw a decline in prices, falling by 2.09% to $1525.25000 per ounce from the $1557.83370 recorded last Sunday.
