Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the passing of HRH Prince Nawaf bin Naif bin Mamdouh bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

According to Qatar News Agency, the message was sent to express sympathy and support to King Salman and the royal family during this period of mourning. The passing of HRH Prince Nawaf has prompted several regional leaders to extend their condolences to the Saudi royal family.
