Doha:HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi held a meeting on Thursday with HE Special Representative of the European Union (EU) for the Gulf, Luigi Di Maio, who is currently on a visit to the country.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on reviewing the cooperation between the State of Qatar and the EU, discussing ways to support and strengthen their collaboration, and addressing a number of issues of mutual interest.

The discussions underline the ongoing efforts to enhance diplomatic relations and explore common interests between Qatar and the European Union within the Gulf region.
