Muslim World League Denounces Israeli Actions in Gaza

Riyadh: The Muslim World League strongly condemned the ongoing Israeli violations in the Gaza Strip, emphasizing the continued targeting of civilians, vital facilities, and civilian infrastructure.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, the General Secretariat of the Muslim World League released a statement in which His Excellency the Secretary-General, Chairman of the Muslim Scholars Association, Sheikh Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, criticized the unacceptable Israeli actions in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territory. These actions, the statement notes, violate religious values, international laws, and humanitarian norms, while also undermining peace efforts. The statement further acknowledged the supportive declarations from the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Indonesia, Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey, who are collectively addressing these violations and advocating for the protection of Palestinian rights.

His Eminence underscored the urgent need for the international community to fulfill its moral and legal duties by ensuring the immediate cessation of all Israeli violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.
