Qatar Engages in Dialogue at Paris Conference on Two-State Solution

Paris: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call from Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptians Abroad, Dr. Badr Abdelatty. The discussion focused on enhancing bilateral relations and mediation efforts between the United States and Iran.

According to Qatar News Agency, both ministers expressed satisfaction with the progress in negotiations, highlighting the announcement by the Pakistani mediation team of reaching the final text of a peace agreement. They expressed hope for a forthcoming signing by the American and Iranian parties.

Both leaders reiterated their full support for ongoing diplomatic efforts to address unresolved issues through dialogue and peaceful measures, aiming to bolster regional and international security and stability, and enhance prospects for sustainable peace.
