Doha: Deposit rates at opening as issued on Thursday by Qatar National Bank (QNB) are as following:

According to Qatar News Agency, QNB has announced the latest deposit rates for various currencies including USD, JPY, CHF, GBP, QAR, SAR, AED, and BHD. These rates are applicable for different maturities ranging from 1 month (1Ms) to 12 months (12Ms).

For the USD, the deposit rates start at 3.73087% for a 1-month deposit and go up to 4.11345% for a 12-month deposit. The JPY rates begin at 0.71000% for 1 month and rise to 1.38000% for a 12-month period. The CHF deposit rates start at -0.05000% for 1-month deposits and increase slightly to 0.20000% for 12-month deposits. GBP rates are set at 3.64000% for 1 month, increasing to 4.52000% for a 12-month deposit.

In the local and regional currencies, the QAR deposit rates are 4.00000% for 1 month, decreasing to 3.75000% for 12 months. SAR rates are initiated at 4.50000% for 1 month and slightly rise to 4.60000% for a 12-month deposit. AED deposit rates begin at 2.05000% for 1 month and increase to 3.15000% for a 12-month period. The BHD rates start at 4.60000% for 1 month and increase to 4.85000% for a 12-month deposit.
