New york: Major US stock indexes ended higher today on Wall Street. The S and P 500 rose 79.06 points, or 1.08 percent, to close at 7,432.67. According to Qatar News Agency, the Nasdaq Composite gained 398.33 points, or 1.54 percent, finishing at 26,269.04. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 647.44 points, or 1.31 percent, to settle at 50,011.32.
