China’s Foreign Exchange Reserves Decline in June

Beijing: China's foreign exchange reserves stood at 3.4163 trillion US dollars at the end of last month, marking a decrease of 26 billion US dollars, or 0.75%, from the level recorded at the end of May, as revealed by official data on Tuesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange reported that in June, the US dollar index experienced an increase, while the prices of major global financial assets showed mixed results. The administration attributed the decline in China's foreign exchange reserves to a combination of factors, including exchange rate translation and changes in asset prices.
